Jake Keiser and Candice Mutschler, founders of Kreative Communities, LLC, came up with the
idea for MingleMaps after their search for a current, useful map of downtown Sarasota, Florida
left them empty handed. “How would visitors even find this place?” they wondered as they

ordered a second mojito. The next day, Jake and Candice went shopping along a downtown side street and wondered the same thing. So the two decided it was their civic duty to put businesses on the map—literally. They just knew that with a MingleMap in hand, virtually anyone could find the best places to tour, shop, dine and, of course, mingle!

MingleMaps are 18"x 24" with a folded size of 4" x 9" (like most standard maps—although MingleMaps are anything but “standard”). So they’re small enough to fit in a purse or pocket.

In support of the community, MingleMaps are designed and printed locally. The keepsake-quality maps are printed on 80# glossy stock with a protective varnish. In other words, they’ll not only hold up with frequent use, but also will look and feel so nice that people will have a hard time throwing them away!
